If you listen closely you’ll hear it. It’s the steady drip of melting snow trickling down icicles from the cabin rooftops. It’s the tinkling of thousands of shards of lake ice pushing against each other, bringing the frozen lakes back to life. It’s the sound of gentle rain promoting new green life where once was white snow, and forest creatures emerging from hibernation. Yes, it’s springtime again in the Minnesota Northwoods!
At our Minnesota lake resorts, it also means it’s busy time again. In a few short weeks we welcome Minnesota fishing opener which summons walleye fishing enthusiasts from various corners of the earth. This is the unofficial opening of many of our resorts and we couldn’t be more excited to have you here! If you haven’t already, we hope you will plan your spring or summer Minnesota resort vacation with us!
Here are a few photos of what spring time means in the Minnesota Northwoods.
