Fall is one of the most beautiful times of year in the Minnesota Northwoods, and there are so many ways to enjoy it. Some of our favorites are hiking and biking, fall fishing, and taking in the best colors of the Minnesota northwoods.
With the temperatures dropping, we bring back some of our favorite seasonal foods and drinks. Find a local resort, make some of your fall comfort foods to enjoy with family and friends. Later you can enjoy hot apple cider and hot chocolate around a campfire.
If the crisper, cooler outdoors weather isn’t your ideal fall afternoon, there are plenty of indoor events in the area as well. There’s the contra dance, which is a traditional social dance that began in New England. The Bemidji Symphony Orchestra will also be performing a concert this fall. Northern Town Hall will be hosting the Northern Gypsy Fall Pop-Up Shop full of many unique items. There is so many great things to enjoy in the Minnesota Northwoods before the dreaded four letter word starts falling, so make sure to plan your getaway soon!
Check out all of the wonderful resorts the Minnesota northwoods has to offer, and book your next fall getaway!
