There are lots of reasons why the Minnesota Northwoods are a great place to plan a summer vacation, but here are five right off the top of our head.
- Reconnect
Everyone gets busy, but summer is one of the best times to reconnect with family, nature, and yourself. The Minnesota Northwoods offers a wonderful environment sure to fit whatever needs you may have for an unforgettable summer vacation. - Plenty to do
While resorts have billiards, ping pong, board games, and much more to do inside, we also have plenty of outdoor activities. You can walk or bike around Lake Bemidji with our 17 mile long bike path, enjoy frolfing (frisbee golf!) on the freshly mowed course, or enjoy the different attractions we have around the area. We also takes pride in being able to supply many activities to do while on the lake! - Lakes
Enjoy our many lakes with us! We have paddle boards, sand toys, water toys, water inflatables, kayaks, boat rentals, fishing opportunities, water activities, and so much more! Let us help you really experience the meaning of the phrase “lake life.” - Family Time
The Minnesota Northwoods is a wonderful place to have an unforgettable family vacation. With plenty to do at the resorts and in town, your family will never be bored. Some family-friendly things to do in town include the Sculpture Walk, Headwaters Science Center, and Minute59 Escape Room. At the end of the day, nothing says “What a wonderful day!” like being surrounded by your loved ones around a bonfire. - A New Look at Things
Nature at its finest is what you get when you are in the Minnesota Northwoods. Enjoy gracious lakes, clear skies, wonderful weather, stunning sights, and busy animals. No matter what style of vacation you are looking for, you will never get tired of seeing all the natural beauty that surrounds you in Minnesota’s north woods.
